Summer feeling on South Bank

As this week is getting warmer and the sun has been happily shining, people's moods lighten up. I ended up going on an after work "date". He told me to meet him and suggested, we could hang around in Southbank.

I thought why not, sun's still shining and it's nice to be beside the Thames.

As I Arrived to Southbank, crossing the Embankment Bridge, I noticed some colourful huts lined up. How exciting, beach huts on the Southbank, something fun and create and maybe rented out during the Summer. I just love the different colours and designs of each hut, so unique and quirky, reminds me of Exmouth's old beach huts people rented by the seaside.... Hmm now I've got that seaside song in my head!!

Once my friend arrived he told me that they had sand and decking further up along the South bank and they plotted a mini garden on one part with noticeboards saying "Southend is the place to be" and other typical beach phrases on bright posters. It's so sweet and quirky will be exciting to see once it's all completed
